The captain's written offer shows the date, time, hours and guests, the total, and every extra they've added.

Each offer has an expiry time, shown at the top.

If it looks right, click Accept and pay. If not, reply to the captain, or click Decline.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Nothing is charged before this step.

Once you've paid, your booking is confirmed, and the captain's phone number, email and pickup details appear in the conversation.

Your trips and orders page keeps everything for the day in one place.

Click Add to calendar to save the service, and we'll email you reminders before the day.

If plans change, click Reschedule and suggest new dates. A new date always comes first.
